Wickford Artist, G. Roger Clifford,
a graphic arts professional for
over 30 years and a member of the
Wickford Art Association has developed
a technique that combines computer
technology with traditional painting,
to produce a crisp, yet romantic feel.
His interest in architecture and his
appreciation of the love that people
have for their homes is evident in
every house portrait he produces.

House Portrait Technique: First the photo of the subject
is displayed on a computer. Then by using complex software the image
goes through the design process, choosing color and composition.
The end result is then painted on fine art paper using traditional
mediums, pencil, pastels, charcoals, etc.

Art & Home Portraits Framing Approach:
All materials used in the process are acid free...to preserve the
quality. Frames are all solid wood. Colors and styles are selected
by the artist to enhance the appearance of the artwork.
If you have special concerns or need advice on framing the artwork
yourself, feel free
to contact us.
